After his visit to The WWI Battle Fields in Belgium, he was greatly moved and this inspired him. <\/p>\n

From his Studio in sunny Salford former Rifleman Philip Pickford (Poet and now Artist) has painted many abstract paintings of his interpretation of The Somme and Flanders.<\/p>\n
